Our policy lasts 30 days after you receive your purchase. No refund or exchange will be accepted after this deadline.
In any case you have to respect the following eligible conditions and we will advise to which warehouse send
your item back and how to proceed.
Unless otherwise stipulated, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted
from your refund. There is only two cases where we pay shipping fees: when you receive the wrong item or when you
receive a damaged item.
You can receive a refund of the purchase cost in your original payment method and all you need to
do is to ship the item back to us. Please note that with this option, you will have to pay the carrier
directly for return shipping costs (except for an error or damaged product). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email
to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection
of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to
your credit card within 3 to 5 business days after the receiving and inspection of the product.

of the item and an explanation of the situation. We will advise to which warehouse send it back and how to proceed.
